Syberia II Hints
What is this scroll telling me?
of 12: It's a note from the eavesdropping laundry monk, who's afraid to say some things out loud. I wonder why.
of 12: It says that Alexei lived with the Youkols for many years, which you knew. I bet the patriarch just *loved* that.
of 12: What do you suppose the patriarch did with Alexei's heretical possessions after his death?
of 12: He probably burned everything he could find. But surely Alexei knew the patriarch's prejudices.
of 12: What if he hid the most interesting stuff so the patriarch couldn't find it?
of 12: This scroll tells you where to find Alexei's private journal.
of 12: The most important part is the last line:
of 12: "The key is in the light of the Mammoth's eye."
of 12: But a key is no use without --
of 12: -- a lock, and the scroll didn't tell you anything about that.
