1 of 3: If you aren't one of the privileged ones who has played the earlier games, here's what you need to know.
2 of 3: In Monkey Island 1, Guybrush had to create a cutlass with special voodoo powers to destroy LeChuck the first time. For this purpose, he was instructed to brew a special voodoo potion consisting of ... well, evil voodoo root beer.
3 of 3: If you read the instructions for the cutlass, you'll see that he's already constructed the actual sword. All you need to do now is finish the process and use it on LeChuck. How hard could it be?
