How do I use these odd valve things?
1 of 6: Scattered about the place are strange organic features that look like little volcanoes. They're labeled variously as "strange growth" (left of the bar), "weird bump" (right of the bongos), and "odd protuberance" (on an island next to an Iron Monkey).
2 of 6: There are actually two of each type: one in the place mentioned above, the other to the left of Murray's chest next to the bile pool. Does that suggest anything?
3 of 6: If you go down to the collection of three valves, you can now use them to travel. Click on the Weird Bump, for example, and suddenly you're standing next to Noogie. Handy, if more than a little disgusting.
4 of 6: The only one with a problem is the Odd Protuberance, which is clogged. If only you had some Drano!
5 of 6: You've got something better, though. Several people have told you to be careful of the yellow bile because it's horribly caustic. Sounds perfect to me.
