How do I get money for the picture Galeb took?
1 of 2: The same way you got money for the boat ride.
2 of 2: Take the boat back to the Gateway (where you started) to find the Ferryman gone and his tip jar still sitting there. Grab it and give some to Galeb for the photo. (You'll have to actually pull the money out of inventory and click it on him; if you just talk about it, he just keeps telling you to pay him.)
