1 of 3: The spell requires someone to permanently give up something for no other reason than to help you. That doesn't sound like any of the pirates here, does it?
2 of 3: Except Mo, and she's not a pirate, technically.
3 of 3: This one will have to wait till you have the other three items. Put them in place on the Crossroads, then go talk to Mo repeatedly about "Sacrifice." She'll do the rest.
