The lights turn out, where Wah-Jin waits/And click the glow above the vase
This is where I got stuck.
Enter the Capricorn Room. Go forward and stop as soon as you can, then turn right until you can see both the urn (the one that has Banks's wallet in it) and the light switch next to the door. Turn out the lights (next to the door, but it might help to turn out your real-world lights too), then pan left (without moving forward) to where the vase is. You should see a flickering light above it. Click on it, and your cursor will change; click again to turn the lights back on.
