How do I use the blood?

2 of 7: It has to be liquified again.
3 of 7: And it has to be delivered in the right manner.
4 of 7:
Look around the Capricorn room. One of the displays is missing.
- Where is the chalice?

Once you have the chalice, fill it with the correct amount of water.

6 of 7: Then add the dried blood. If you did everything right, it will sizzle and turn green briefly.
7 of 7: Now pour it on the Capricorn head.
