How do I get to levels 1 and 3?
1 of 3: As you can see, there are five levels here, though you can only reach 1, 2, and 3; you start on level 2. There are several elevators up and down on the catwalk, but they have no power. Yet.
2 of 3: Step into the level 2 control booth (walk carefully because there are a couple places where the catwalk has collapsed), and you'll see a huge lever marked "ELEVATOR POWER CONTROL." Pretty obvious, but I'm not going to argue.
3 of 3: Pull the lever, then go back out and explore. The elevator on the left goes down to level 1, the one on the right goes up to level 3. There's nothing interesting on level 3 at this point, so go down to level 1.
