Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure Hints
How do I align the satellite once the power is on?
1 of 6: This is essentially a mirror puzzle. You're trying to bounce the signal from the satellite at the lower left corner to the satellite dish at the center.
2 of 6: Only the white satellites will reflect the beam and pass it on; the dark blue ones just absorb it.
3 of 6: This puzzle is a bit random, since the starting point of the satellites is random. Start by turning the outer ring until the beam is reflected left and up into the orbits of the other satellites, then turn the middle ring till another white satellite bounces the beam back towards earth. The inner ring consists only of dark satellites, so you only need to move it if it's in the way of the beam.
4 of 6: There are a number of ways you can do this; any way you do it is right, though.
5 of 6: When that's done, the satellite prints out its info on the little printer at right. Pick it up.
6 of 6: It doesn't seem to make too much sense, but you'll need it on Day 11, so do read it through at least once before you right-click to move on.
