Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure Hints
Lotus Flower
1 of 4: The lotus is found inside the box in the dining room (through the "living area" door at the right) that looks like a chess board.
2 of 4: Don't panic; this isn't a chess puzzle. The goal here is to move the pieces so every row and column has one of each type of piece in it.
3 of 4: You might be thinking this is one of those classic 8 queens puzzles, but it's actually a lot easier than that. For one thing, you don't have to worry about the diagonals.
4 of 4: Any arrangement that meets the requirements will work, but this is how I did it:
