How do I get across the toxic stream?
1 of 8: Don't try to jump; it's farther than it looks, and you *really* don't want to wade. You're going to need to build some sort of makeshift bridge.
2 of 8: If you walk to the right and around the back of the garden shed, you'll find a broken ladder and a hammer. Great! Now all you need is some nails (and there's a whole bucket of them at the front of the shed next to the wheelbarrow) --
3 of 8: -- and five wooden planks. You'll find them scattered around the grounds here, and since they're dirt-colored and it's dark, this is a place where it's really nice to be playing Casual so you can make them sparkle.
4 of 8: If not, I'll tell you that three of the planks are on the water line, one at the left, one by the bridge, and one at the right --
5 of 8: -- and the other two are against the outer fence, one just to the right of the gate where you came in and one in the far right corner.
6 of 8: When you have planks, hammer, and nails, combine the hammer and nails, then combine that with the planks, then use that on the broken ladder. But!
7 of 8: If you're trying to get all the comic books, CLIMB the ladder before you pick it up to get comic book #7.
8 of 8: Once that's done, pick up the ladder and use it on the gap in the bridge, and you can now walk across. You still can't get the screwdriver in the middle of the stream, however.
