How do I get the thing Mojo wants?

  • 1 of 8: Mojo, that fanboy, says he won't give Tex the decrypted key until he gets a freeze gun Tex apparently took from a bad guy. (Whom he then killed. Man, Tex really did turn into a rotten guy, didn't he?)
  • 2 of 8: Ask around; Rook says you pawned it, then it was bought by the Nights Templar. Time to go to Rusty's Fun Masks and see what they have to say.
  • 3 of 8: After a great little cutscene, search the place. The key to the refrigerator is by the sleeping bag; the key on the counter opens the trapdoor in the back room, which leads to the roof.
  • 4 of 8: Out on the roof, you'll see a zipline overhead and a water tower at its other end that's guarded by what looks like a doberman pinscher. If you had a way to use the zipline, you could get over there safely.
  • 5 of 8: Did you explore the alley between Rook's and the barbecue place?
  • 6 of 8: There, you'll find a bright orange thing identified as a broken zipline trolley, and a little further on a white disk identified as a small wheel.
  • 7 of 8: Combine the two items to make a working zipline trolley, which you can then use on the zipline --
  • 8 of 8: -- and discover that the dog was just a robot after all (or so it seems to me). Click on the service panel in the water tower to find the freeze gun.
