Team Fortress Classic Hints
Enemy snipers pick me off before I even make it halfway across the bridge!
1 of 6: 2 Fortresses tends to be a level with quite a few snipers. Or, at least they have a decent shot on anyone who tries to cross get from base to base out in the open.
2 of 6: First, try strafing and jumping to disrupt their shot.
3 of 6: If that doesn't work, try taking the water. There are passages to water access in both bases. On the first level of the base, you will find a spiral staircase. Take it down to the water.
4 of 6: You can take the water without ever exposing yourself to the sniper fire.
5 of 6: This is ideal for spies as well, since no one has to see you until you get inside the enemy base.
6 of 6: If the snipers are just decimating your team, become a spy yourself and get into the other base. Stab some snipers in the back and they might cool off a bit.
