Help, I'm infected!
1 of 5: You need medical attention quickly. Medkits and armor packs won't help you for long.
2 of 5: Quick, call for a medic [default "Z"]. Hopefully, he will heal you and refill your health.
3 of 5: Stay away from other teammates as well. Infections spread and they do so quickly. It may be tempting to run for health kits in a respawn room, but you will end up infecting respawning teammates.
4 of 5: Go find some place nearby to a respawn room (but far away enough to avoid infecting teammates), call for a medic using the in-game shout or by using team-talk [default "U"], and just try to survive.
5 of 5: If you just want to end it or you don't want to give the enemy medic the satisfaction of another infection-frag, open the console [default "~"] and type "kill." You will kill your player manually and you will lose a frag for it, but the enemy medic won't get anything.
