1 of 2: If you aren't near water, then you need to run like crazy for the enemy Shower Room.
2 of 2: Jump up the various objects to get up on the catwalk-level of the enemy base. If you were facing away from the showers, the nearest suit would be to your left. Drop down and grab it.
