3 of 4: A feigning spy can look around while he is laying there, but the positioning of his body must be changed in order to accommadate his view.
4 of 4: Hence, feigning spies will rotate as they try to look around. This is the easiest way to identify a feigning spy. Chances are he is a newbie and doesn't know better.
