Why did this corpse just change his skin or color?
1 of 3: Two things may have caused this.
2 of 3: To begin with, there appears to be a bug in Team Fortress Classic where when you change classes in the middle of the game, any corpses of yours will change skins to match. Hence, when you see a corpse change his skin, you know what class that player is playing as now.
3 of 3: Or, the corpse may be a feigning spy. If you shoot into the corpse and see blood, he is a spy and you should quickly dispose of him.
