Team Fortress Classic Hints
My shot is weak! How can I make it more powerful?
of 8: The sniper needs to set up his shot properly to gain the maximum amount of power in his shot. I guess this is the way the developers made up for the time a real sniper needs to set up his position.
of 8: You may notice that when you hold down the primary fire button, a red laser-sight appears.
of 8: You may also notice that the brightness of the sight intensifies over time.
of 8: The longer you hold it down, the more powerful your shot becomes.
of 8: Also, where you aim may be important to adding power to your shot.
of 8: You can slow down an enemy by aiming for his leg. He may not lose much life, but he is a much easier target for the next shot.
of 8: A center mass shot will kill most players except for the heavier offensive units like the soldier and HWGuy.
of 8: If you aim for the head, the power behind your shot is greatly intensified. A fully-powered headshot is the only thing that can kill a healthy, fully-armored HWGuy in one shot.
