Team Fortress Classic Hints
I don't have time to set up a shot. How can I still fight?
1 of 4: You do have other weapons besides the manual, single-shot sniper rifle.
2 of 4: The sniper rifle also has an automatic setting. Switch to the automatic setting for a rapid-fire weapon.
3 of 4: You also have a nailgun, which doesn't seem to be as strong but will allow you to preserve the sniper rifle's bullets.
4 of 4: Battling up close is difficult for the sniper since he is rather weak. Strafe, jump and fire to get close to an enemy. Then circle-strafe and fire at him to hopefully take him out. You can also drop grenades as well.
