How can I get the bell on the docks screen to ring again?
1 of 10: Walk up to it and click on it.
2 of 10: You'll notice that it is indeed tied down, like Oldreif said it was.
3 of 10: You could remedy that situation if you have something to cut the rope with.
4 of 10: You need a knife.
5 of 10: You can get one from the woman on the screen with the spinning archery target.
6 of 10: She's near the bottom of the screen, and may be kind of hard to spot at first.
7 of 10: Keep talking to her until she mentions her son's archery skill and brags that he can get three bull's-eyes on the nearby target.
8 of 10: So why not impress her with your archery skill?
9 of 10: Once that's done, talk to the woman again a couple of times to get a knife.
10 of 10: Once you have the knife, return to the docks screen and use it on the bell to cut the rope. (Right-click to get the Activity Bar, click on the knife to pick it up, then click it on the bell.)
