What's wrong with the elevators, some of the doors, ...?
1 of 6: The ship's sinking. The elevators don't function anymore.
2 of 6: And things are even worse, not all doors and corridors will open for you anymore.
3 of 6: Don't worry, there are enough paths available to get you anywhere you'll have to be.
4 of 6: The second class stairs are available, as are the doors to the boat deck from these stairs. This way you can get from the boat deck to G deck.
5 of 6: You can also always get to and from the boat deck from the grand staircase exits.
6 of 6: And the aft grand staircase can be reached through the corridors on C deck starting from the grand staircase.
