How do I find Brian Westhouse?
1 of 7: Talk to people. And remember, it doesn't hurt to ask twice.
2 of 7: Talk to Tobias and to the guy selling maps. (Tobias is the vestrum or "priest" you first met when you got to Arcadia, not the cups game person.)
3 of 7: You've got to go back and forth between them, until you learn something.
4 of 7: Specifically, talk to Tobias to learn that the map seller might know where Westhouse is, and keep talking to him until you learn that Westhouse is also known as the "Rolling Man".
5 of 7: Then talk to the map seller. If you don't get an option to ask him about the Rolling Man, then you need to go back to Tobias and keep talking about Westhouse.
6 of 7: You need to keep talking to the map seller until you get a job to deliver a map to the captain.
