2 of 5: You need to track down Father Raul at the Hope Street Cathedral to find Warren Hughes.
3 of 5: So talk to the Father and learn where Warren lives. You will now be able to go into his apartment building on Hope Street.
4 of 5: Talk to the kid on the steps inside.
5 of 5: That's Warren. Keep talking to him until he sends you to the police station to clear his name and find his sister. Once you bring him the information he needs, he will send you to see Burns Flipper.
