The Longest Journey Hints
How do I get access to the archive?
1 of 12: You have to use an eye with the scanner.
2 of 12: You have to use an officer's eye.
3 of 12: More specifically, Frank Minnelli's artificial eye.
4 of 12: Talk to him until he "recognizes" you and gives you the key to his locker.
5 of 12: Open his locker with the key you got from him, and get him the medicine.
6 of 12: But first, be sure to look around in the locker.
7 of 12: Look at the mirror, and you'll notice a shard in the corner.
8 of 12: Look at the shard again to realize you can take it. Do so to find a note with his login and password for the archive computers.
9 of 12: Now, you can give him the medicine he asked for.
10 of 12: After that, go through all of the possible dialogue options, including the ones about Minnelli's wife. If you can't ask him about his wife, then you didn't read the note behind the mirror yet. Go back and do that.
11 of 12: Minnelli will now lose his eye on the floor when he sneezes. (Again, if he isn't losing his eye, you didn't get all the info you can out of him.)
