2 of 5: Have you taken a look at that control panel on the other side of the room from the computer?
3 of 5: Press the buttons there in the order you saw on the computer.
4 of 5: Specifically, press the buttons numbered 11-16-1-8 in that order, and you'll get a folder. (You'll see the numbers if you move the cursor over each of the buttons and wait a second.)
