How can I get the microwave to work?
1 of 15: Try the simplest solution first.
2 of 15: That would be to plug in the microwave if it's unplugged.
3 of 15: As it turns out, it is.
4 of 15: Look for the plug near the exit door.
5 of 15: Click the magnifying-glass cursor on "plug" just to the right of the door to get a close-up view.
6 of 15: Then click on the plug to get it stuck into the socket.
7 of 15: But the dang microwave *still* isn't getting any power!
8 of 15: If you talk to Bill about it, he'll say the microwave is new. That means it's probably not the microwave that's the problem.
9 of 15: So why would a new appliance that's plugged in not be getting any power?
10 of 15: Maybe there's a fuse box problem. Find the office fuse box and check it out.
11 of 15: It's near the reception counter and elevator.
12 of 15: It's the white box up on the wall to the right of the reception counter.
13 of 15: Click on it to open it up and discover that one of the safety switches is set to OFF.
14 of 15: That must be the problem! Click on that switch to turn it to ON.
15 of 15: Now you can go back to the kitchen and use the microwave.
