The Moment of Silence Hints
The game sent me back to the evac area after I left. What happened?
of 11: You may have gotten a chance to try again if New York was nuked on your return. You probably need to stop that from happening this time.
of 11: Did you notice a nearby door labeled "Missile Control Center" as you were entering your evac unit?
of 11: Doesn't matter if you did -- the door is sealed and totally non-interactive.
of 11: You need to somehow reprogram the missiles' trajectory after they launch and before they can hit New York.
of 11: They launch when you enter your evac unit, so examine its control board for possibilities.
of 11: There's a screen called "rocket control" that's just to the right of the red "pull" switch.
of 11: Zoom in on the rocket control panel to see that there's a slot for a disk.
of 11: Have you found any disks lately that you haven't used yet?
of 11: The dead guy near the evac bulkhead had one. (If you didn't get the disk from the dead body earlier, you'll have to run get it before you enter the evac unit.)
of 11: Insert it into the disk slot to reprogram the missiles' targeting systems to return right here to the AI's base.
of 11: Then pull the lever and press the button to launch your evac unit. Peter will end up safe and the AI will be blasted out of existence!
