How can I get in to see the neighbors who were raided by the police?

  • 1 of 6: There's a doorbell on a bell nameplate outside the damaged outer door, but Peter won't use it.
  • 2 of 6: Have you tried knocking on the inner door? (Left-click on the damaged outer door to get to where you can do this.)
  • 3 of 6: Understandably enough, the wife is too scared to answer the door for anyone right now. You'll have to try something else.
  • 4 of 6: Maybe she wouldn't be too scared to answer the phone. It's less dangerous talking to someone on the phone than face-to-face.
  • 5 of 6: When you call Mrs. Oswald, use the dialogue option about her son's teddy bear to get her to agree to let you into her apartment briefly.
  • 6 of 6: Pick up the teddy bear from the floor near the damaged door if you haven't already, then go knock on the inner door.
