1 of 3: First, ask Debbie about the picture and about getting permission to talk to Tommy.
2 of 3: Then ask Tommy for the picture, and he'll give it to you.
3 of 3: NOTE: You won't be able to get the picture until later if you trade for the alien doll first, since Tommy will go into his room to play after you do that. You will be able to come back and get the picture when you have to have it, though.
