What bonus level?
1 of 3: Yes, there is one, but only in the hard version. (Thanks to Glenn Channell for cluing me in on how to find it!)
2 of 3: The entrance to it is located in the castle grounds, in the last third of the game.
3 of 3: But you won't find it there unless you get the key to it in the park, in the middle third of the game.
