How do I free the deva?

To free the deva first you must find the deva.

2 of 19: Now you must get to the prison and his sword.
3 of 19: Head up to the big chamber and head west then south once more.
4 of 19: You should find a door.
5 of 19: Open it with the directions the deva gave you.
6 of 19: Fight your way east until you find a guard who was carrying a key.
7 of 19: Open the second big door.
8 of 19: Clear out this tiny area. (If you turned her in, Roberta will be in here.)
9 of 19: Now open the third big door.
10 of 19: Clear out the beyond area. (BACKSTAB IS A BIG HELP!)
11 of 19: Travel south until you see that you got 87500 experience points.
12 of 19: Travel west and north until you see the final big door.
13 of 19: Enter it.
14 of 19: You should see the sword and a fat creature named Cassius.
15 of 19: Talk to Cassius.
16 of 19: Challenge him to anything, but you only get experience for a test of strength where you have to kill him in combat.
17 of 19: When he is dead/defeated, you must take the sword back to the deva.
18 of 19: Strike the chains with the sword and talk to him to learn of how to escape and where to go next.
19 of 19: The portal is in the doorway in the top east corner of the map.
