1 of 4: This one is easy.
2 of 4: First go to the Dead Nations and surrender.
3 of 4: You will be taken to a chamber with Soego.
4 of 4: Get out of the Dead Nations, finish up what you have to do down there, and then report to Emoric, where you will be made a Dustman.
