The Harmonium
The Harmonium are a faction which believes in order and law. They make up the police force of Curst and the Lower/Cleck's Ward. They are trustworthy in Sigil and corrupt in Curst. You cannot join the Harmonium nor can you get anyone in your party who is a Harmonium.
