The Sensates
The Sensates believe you must experience everything. You can join them at their "home base", the Civic Festhall. All you have to do is talk to Splinter, who is just inside the entrance to the Festhall. Talk to him about becoming a Sensate and relate to him your experience of waking in the Mortuary and he will let you into the fold.
