Which ones were those again?
1 of 4: Along the left side of the room -- numbering the statues from 1 to 3 (beginning with the closest) -- you will need to turn the heads of the 2nd and 3rd statues.
2 of 4: The middle and bottom cranks on the left side of the doorway will turn their heads.
3 of 4: Along the right side of the room, only the statue closest to you needs to be changed.
4 of 4: The top crank on the right side of the doorway will accomplish that.
