The Omega Stone Hints

Game Options

  • There are a couple of options that can be set from the program menu (accessible by pressing "Esc"). 

    Show all "Delete" and "Overwrite" dialogue boxes: It is highly recommended to select this option, since not selecting it could cause files to be overwritten without warning.

    Clues: It is highly recommended to turn on the "Clues" option, by making sure it is marked with an "X".  If Clues isn't selected, it is much more difficult to determine which direction movement is possible, or whether or not interaction with an object is possible. 

    Note, however, that when dealing with objects to interact with -- that the game cursor will light *ONLY* when direct interaction is possible with the object -- but will *NOT* light when interaction is possible with an inventory item in hand.  In other words, even with the "Clues" option checked, there will still be places where you won't have a different cursor until the correct inventory item is in hand.

    Warps: Don't worry about this option -- there aren't any warps in the game.
