What might I need to know about TIMEQUEST that might make it easier?

  • First of all, keep in mind that there are no "red herrings" in TIMEQUEST. That means that every location has a purpose at least one time, and that none of the 49 "timeplaces" are without a purpose.  You should follow the manual's suggestion of making a table with each of the possible "timeplaces," taking notes as you go along.  Some puzzles have extremely complex solutions that span several "timeplaces."  If you can't solve one puzzle, you should go onto another, until you are completely stuck.
