Tomb Raider 2 Hints

I'm on a partial roof above the opera house, but it collapses when I cross!

  • 1 of 4: I'd recommend saving your game just before you try to cross it, since this sequence can be difficult to get right unless you're pretty precise.
  • 2 of 4: Basically, you just need to keep running and/or jumping to avoid being caught on a falling bit of roof, since there's no way to stop it from falling apart.
  • 3 of 4: Try to look for the most direct route across -- that is, the route you can take that requires the least amount of turning to reach the other side.  If you try to keep moving in a straight line, you won't waste time trying to turn to get from platform to platform.  And the less time you spend on the roof, the better.
  • 4 of 4: I would recommend starting from the left-most side of the platform that's on your right as you're facing the far end of the "roof".  You can more or less head in a straight line to the other side -- just run and jump as necessary.
