2 of 4: Once you have that, go back to the room where you found the Machine Chip. You will find a door that requires the Red Pass Card.
3 of 4: Use the Red Pass Card to open that door and go through. You'll have to fight a couple of guards, and you'll eventually find a monk lying on the floor in one room.
4 of 4: Walk up to the monk, and the level will end.
