1 of 5: Once you've gone through the trapdoor, you should find an outdoor path to another small building. The Prayer Wheel is in that building.
2 of 5: You can get in the building through the roof.
3 of 5: There's a ledge opposite the roof -- jump from there. You'll need to go up a ramp below the ledge to get onto the ledge.
4 of 5: Then, just drop through a hole in the roof to get inside and take the Prayer Wheel.
5 of 5: You can open the door back out of the building with a nearby switch.
