Tomb Raider 2 Hints
I've gotten past the pair of gates, but there's yet another gate past those.
of 8: If you haven't found that third gate yet, then try standing on the springboard past the two gates. You will see a gate at the very top of the shaft that the springboard will send you through.
of 8: For starters, notice that there's a sloping ledge at the top of your flight path that you can get a hold of.
of 8: Grab onto that after stepping onto the springboard so that you're facing the wall that's adjacent to it -- or equivalently, in the direction so the two gates are on your right -- and you'll see a bell in front of you and to your right.
of 8: Try sliding over to your right and then climb onto the ledge when you're in front of the bell.
of 8: You can't stay on these ledges for very long, but you can jump back and forth between the two facing ledges for as long as you need to.
of 8: Try shooting the bell while you're jumping on the ledges, and you should eventually hit it.
of 8: Now, you can turn to your left and head toward the gate.
of 8: While jumping between ledges, you can turn a bit to the left, so that you'll eventually jump off the sloping ledges, and land on a flat ledge where the gate was.
