Cheat Codes

• As with cheat codes in any game, these cheats may spoil your enjoyment of the game.  More importantly, using cheat codes to skip levels will not necessarily give you items you need from the level you skip, so you may find yourself unable to complete later levels without cheating again.  Therefore, use these codes sparingly.
  
  To use any of these codes, start by facing due north and then enter your inventory.  Grabbing onto a ledge to the north and then dropping down or climbing up is by far the easiest way to face due north.  While you don't *need* to let go of the ledge before going into your inventory, I strongly recommend that you do so if you're playing the PC version.  Otherwise, the default keys for ACTION (to hold onto the ledge) and INVENTORY are CONTROL+ESCAPE, which also take you out of the game on most Windows systems.  Releasing the CONTROL key first (or remapping the keys) saves you from accidentally leaving the game.
  
  GET UNLIMITED ITEMS:
  Select the small medipack
  PC: Press and hold the G, U, N, and S keys for a few seconds
  PSX: Hold L1, L2, R1, R2, and Down, then press Triangle
  
  GET ALL WEAPONS:
  Select the large medipack
  PC: Press and hold the W, E, A, P, O, N, and S keys for a few seconds
  PSX: Hold L1, L2, R1, R2, and Up, and then press Triangle
  
  LEVEL SKIP:
  Select "Load Game"
  PC: Press and hold the H, E, L, and P keys for a few seconds
  PSX: Hold L1, L2, R1, R2, and Up, and then press Triangle
  
  Then, exit your inventory, and the cheat should have taken effect.  If it doesn't, you may need to try again, making sure you are facing due north.
  
  I have not personally verified the PSX codes, but I have seen them listed in multiple places, so I believe that they are correct.
