Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
Is there anything that I can do about the bugs that are attacking me?
1 of 10: Shooting them isn't going to do any good.
2 of 10: At the start of the level, the best thing that you can do is to try to avoid them.
3 of 10: Once you've found a pole at the very start of this level, you can find something that can help you with the bugs temporarily. See the following hint if you need help getting to that pole.
5 of 10: You can find an unlit torch on the middle level surrounding the first pole (that is, the level just below the entrance level).
6 of 10: The torch is to your east, on the ground.
7 of 10: Note that once you have the torch in hand, you have much less control over Lara -- you can't do things like climbing poles. You'll need to use the SPACEBAR (holster weapon) key to drop the torch and pick it up later if you want it again.
8 of 10: There's also a way to light the torch on the east side of the middle level.
9 of 10: Use the unlit torch (with the ACTION key) on the torch hanging on the wall.
10 of 10: You can now jump down to the bottom level and will be able to avoid most of the bugs as long as you have the torch in hand. You will need to drop it from time to time, though.
