Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
What should I do in the area north of the rope room?
1 of 11: Climb up into a hole on the north wall and then go down a series of stairs to reach a large area with a bunch of high walls surrounding you.
2 of 11: Basically, you want to go up.
3 of 11: If you enter the room that's to your left as you're coming from the staircase (i.e., to the west), you should find a ladder leading up to the second level of this area.
4 of 11: Once you've entered that room, go around a smaller block until you see an opening. The ladder will be through this opening.
5 of 11: From there, you need to cross all the way back to the east side of the area. Jump across gaps, running and/or grabbing onto edges as necessary, and head for the ladder that will be to your left.
6 of 11: One Trident will be near the top of this ladder, on a pedestal. Take it.
7 of 11: Then head back for the west end of the room, again running and jumping as appropriate.
8 of 11: You'll eventually reach a rope swing that will be to your right. Jump onto that and swing across the gap to head for a platform on the west wall.
9 of 11: There's a niche with a pole in the middle of a large column nearby (ahead and to your right as you're looking back onto the rope).
10 of 11: Jump into that niche and climb the pole to the top. Then climb up a ladder that you'll find above the pole.
11 of 11: You will find a second Trident in the room above that ladder. Take it, and proceed back to the ground floor here, or climb the ladder that's behind the second Trident to find a couple of gates leading back to the Coastal Ruins. Or, you can try to find some nearby Secrets before leaving the area.
