1 of 3: There is 1 secret on this level. You can have up to 49 secrets by the end of this level.
2 of 3: 49) In the two-level room (with an upper walkway around the sides of the room) that's just north of the central pit in this level.
3 of 3: Look in the southeast corner of the bottom level of this room. A crawlspace there takes you to some crossbow ammunition and a medipack. I believe that you can only get this secret before you put the Trident on the statue to the north.
