Why am I burning in the pools near the black pyramid?
1 of 5: You will find three pools at the bottoms of the ramps to the south, west, and north of the black pyramid (which itself is up the stairs to the west of the main/entry hall of the temple).
2 of 5: Each basically works the same way -- once you slide down the ramp and fall into the water, a flame starts to move toward the pool.
3 of 5: And the liquid in that pool is flammable, so you need to get out before you start to burn.
4 of 5: In each case, head as quickly as you can down the pool and away from the ramp. You should see somewhere you can climb out once you're at the far end of the pool, either directly in front of you or to the side.
5 of 5: It may also help if you jump just before reaching the end of the ramp, so that you don't have to wade quite as much in the pool before you can climb out.
