What should I do in the room past the Pharos Knot door?
1 of 17: When you first enter the room, there's really only one thing you can do.
2 of 17: You will see a small medipack on a pedestal somewhat in the center of the room.
3 of 17: Pick it up. This will create a gold duplicate of Lara and raise several blocks elsewhere in the room.
4 of 17: Your basic goal is to head up and collect a few items. Read ahead for explicit instructions.
5 of 17: Go to the block along the north wall and climb it. You can now cross the monkey bars and head to the south side of the room.
6 of 17: Once you're across the monkey bars, turn around and jump up. You should be able to grab onto a ledge and walk on top of the bars you just climbed.
7 of 17: From there, turn to your left (to the west) and jump across the gaps until you can reach an opening up on the north wall.
8 of 17: Climb through the opening and go up the ramp that's past it. When you're facing back out into the room, jump to the platform that's ahead of you.
9 of 17: There are switches on blocks to the west and east.
10 of 17: Jump and grab each one, stopping to take care of any birds attacking the duplicate Lara before you proceed.
11 of 17: Each switch will open a door along the walls at the top of the room. You can jump from the central platform at the top of the room to either of these rooms (be careful not to hit your head on the block with the switches).
12 of 17: Claim the Hathor Effigy out of the hole in the wall to the east and the Ornate Handle out of the hole to the west.
13 of 17: You now need to find a place to use these objects, and you can get out of this room.
14 of 17: Start by combining the two of them in your inventory to make a Portal Guardian.
15 of 17: And then head to the ledge at the top of the room and to the south.
16 of 17: There's some kind of stand here. Put your Portal Guardian on it to open the adjacent door.
17 of 17: Now, head into the room behind the door to find the throne room.
