Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
Is there anything useful behind the construction barricades?
of 10: Yes.
of 10: As you've probably already found on earlier levels, you can get past the barricades by shooting them out.
of 10: But then all you'd find was a small corner with nothing obviously useful.
of 10: Although there is something under construction behind those barricades, it's going to take a bit more than a few gunshots to destroy it.
of 10: A lot more weight might cause some more damage.
of 10: Your motorcycle can provide that weight.
of 10: You can't drive your motorcycle directly onto the barricades, but you can jump onto them from a nearby ramp.
of 10: In particular, drive it over the ramp that's down the street east of the barricades (well, it's more like a pile of sand than a ramp, but the idea's the same).
of 10: You'll need to be driving at full speed from that ramp to reach the barricades, so back up your motorcycle a bit (use the DOWN key) and then drive in as straight a line as possible from the ramp to the barricades. Keep trying until you're able to hit the barricades, and drive the motorcycle onto the lowered bit of floor just past the barricades. The motorcycle will cause the floor to collapse, and you can explore the area underground.
of 10: You can also crash through a wall that's down the hallway from where you enter the underground area to get back out of that area on your motorcycle.
