How can I get across the pit in the center of the street on this level?
1 of 4: Later on in the game, you'll need to bring your motorcycle back to the wounded soldier, and doing so requires crossing that large pit. If this is what you're worried about, read the following hints.
2 of 4: But if you're traveling the level on foot, you're going to need to do a lot exploring first.
3 of 4: Basically, this just involves the usual platform jumping and lever pulling that you're probably used to by now.
4 of 4: Start by exploring the area with two coffins, which is down the first street to your right as you're heading south past the large creature. Keep exploring that area until you've found your way onto the rope above that area. From there, careful jumping should get you to the pit.
