3 of 4: Once you've gotten off the ladder, look to your northeast for a flat section in between slanted pieces of roof.
4 of 4: Take a running jump at that and then follow the path away from the edge of the roof to find an outdoor secret area with some crossbow and grenade ammunition and a medipack.
